Hilary’s legal career started at Herbert Smith in the City of London where she spent her early years working on several high profile major office developments.

She has since worked in Hong Kong and throughout the Asian region for many years. She was previously a partner of Baker & McKenzie and later principal of Cordells, a respected boutique law firm serving a longstanding and loyal client base.

During this time Hilary has been involved in numerous commercial and infrastructure projects, and is particularly known for her development, valuation and leasing acumen
