Hilary has worked in London, Hong Kong and throughout the Asian region. She has managed a broad span of infrastructure projects, resorts, retail parks and malls, high tech industrial estates, data centres and commercial developments from the entitlements phase, through negotiation of the development agreement to leasing, sale or operations.
